Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Indiana is seeking an experienced backend developer to design, build, and maintain a multi-tier AI agent platform that connects LLMs to real-world enterprise systems such as CRM, Salesforce, ServiceNow. You will bridge raw LLM capabilities to production business workflows.

You will work on Python backend services (FastAPI/Flask), orchestrate LLMs, and contribute to frontend basics for service calls, with cloud infrastructure on AWS and Kubernetes.

Design, build, and maintain a multi-tier AI agent platform that connects LLMs to real-world enterprise systems (CRM, Salesforce, ServiceNow, SFMC etc.). Bridge the gap between raw LLM capabilities and production business workflows — translating business intent into reliable, scalable agent infrastructure.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Python backend development — FastAPI + Flask, async patterns, Pydantic models. Production-grade services on Kubernetes— with proper error handling, retries, and typed contracts between layers.
• LLM orchestration — prompt engineering, session/context management, multi-agent patterns, tool use (MCP servers). Keep agents grounded, scoped, and auditable across multi-step workflows.
• React/frontend basics — enough to read, debug, and wire service calls. Trace request-response through a component without being the one who styled it.
• Cloud infrastructure — AWS S3, Secrets Manager, ECR, ECS, ALB, environment-based config, basic DevOps.
• Enterprise API integrations — OAuth flows, REST/SOAP.
• Systems thinking — Trace data across 3+ loosely-coupled services, anticipate failure points before they hit production, and debug cross-service issues methodically rather than by instinct.

Salary Range

$100,000- $150,000 a year
