Job summary

Vaco is seeking a Senior AI Developer (Palantir AI Platform) for a Direct‑Hire opportunity that may be performed remotely with travel to Irving, TX approximately 1‑2 times per month. The Senior AI Developer will own the complete lifecycle of enterprise AI initiatives, identifying valuable use cases, designing architectures, and deploying production-grade AI applications in cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of production enterprise Python development with AI/ML solutions.
• Experience with Palantir Foundry or similar enterprise AI platforms.
• Designing and deploying AI/ML pipelines and production systems.
• Experience across Azure AI Foundry / Microsoft Fabric or similar clouds.
• Ability to translate business problems into AI-focused solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable enterprise AI architectures and deploy production AI apps.
• Partner with business leaders to identify high-value AI opportunities and drive adoption.
• Develop ML models and LLM apps with CI/CD, monitoring, and governance.
• Build AI solutions across Azure, AWS, and GCP and ensure security and compliance.
• Lead technical discussions with executives and mentor developers.
