Job summary

Highbrow LLC seeks experienced Agentic AI Engineers/Consultants for remote engagement (Client: Oliver Wyman). You will design, build, test, and deploy enterprise AI solutions, spanning ideation through production support, with a focus on Agentic AI lifecycles and scalable capabilities.

Proficiency in Palantir Foundry/AIP is highly preferred, with opportunities to coach teammates and deliver across pods in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience developing Agentic AI or advanced Generative AI applications.
• Experience across multiple stages of the AI lifecycle: ideation, experimentation, solution architecture, testing, production deployment, monitoring.
• Experience creating reusable AI agent capabilities, skills, tools, or components for multiple business use cases.
• Strong software engineering and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience integrating AI applications with enterprise data sources, APIs, and business systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy Agentic AI solutions for enterprise use cases.
• Participate across the complete AI solution lifecycle from ideation to production support.
• Build reusable agentic skills and tools that can be composed across agents and use cases.
• Design agent workflows involving reasoning, orchestration, tools, data, APIs, and human-in-the-loop interactions.
• Prototype new AI capabilities fast and transition experiments to production-ready solutions.
• Develop testing, evaluation, monitoring, and governance for production Agentic AI apps.
