Job summary

MaintainX, a leading mobile-first work execution platform now part of Autodesk, is forming a dedicated team to accelerate AI-driven development. You will own the agent infrastructure, reproducible dev environments, and MCP tool integration, enabling autonomous coding agents with minimal manual intervention.

Qualifications

• Four+ years of experience in platform development, dev experience, or infra.
• Hands-on with AI coding tools and eager to build agentic workflows.
• Strong knowledge of containerization and CI/CD pipelines.
• Comfortable with Node.js, TypeScript, Python or similar.
• Knowledge of LLM agent frameworks, MCP, or tool-use patterns is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate the full agent infrastructure stack: isolated dev environments, agent orchestration, and the MCP tool registry.
• Design and maintain reproducible developer environments for dev, CI, and agent environments.
• Integrate agents with internal and external tooling to trigger from anywhere.
• Instrument agent runs with OpenTelemetry to produce traces and improve observability.
• Establish standards for MCP tool development and agent configuration sharing.
