Responsibilities

• Own team-level architecture and design extensible systems.
• Influence engineering standards and architectural direction.

• Design and build agentic AI components and orchestration workflows.
• Write production code daily and focus on delivering customer value.
• Maintain code quality, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and incident response.
• Identify and reduce technical debt and simplify systems.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through reviews and guidance.
• Communicate designs clearly through docs and RFCs.
• Drive operational excellence with alarms, runbooks, and dashboards.
• Travel ~5% to customer sites and partner locations.
