Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. in New York is seeking an AI Engineer/Solutions Architect to help customers design, productionize, and scale agentic AI solutions.

You will partner with software teams across the lifecycle, contribute to open source projects, and work with AWS service teams to influence roadmaps. This global role blends hands-on work with creating reusable assets and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology experience in software, cloud computing, or related fields.
• Experience developing technology solutions and end-to-end roadmaps for IT transformations toward cloud.
• Ability to communicate across technical and executive audiences, including C-level.
• Knowledge of distributed systems design and implementation or equivalent.
• Experience architecting, migrating, transforming or modernising customer requirements to the cloud.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to ensure long-term success by leveraging AWS services to accelerate business.
• Formulate and execute a cloud adoption strategy that builds strong customer relationships.
• Become a trusted advisor with deep knowledge of AWS services and patterns; share with clients and team.
• Develop reusable solutions to common business and architectural problems with other SAs.
• Educate customers by leading workshops and hands-on classes on AWS services.
