Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience in platform and distributed systems engineering
• Strong hands-on coding and active codebase contribution
• Experience driving technical initiatives end-to-end
• Strong product instincts and collaboration with product teams
• Clear, precise communication to diverse audiences
• Comfort with ambiguity and high velocity
• Experience building AI agents is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical design and implementation for high-impact AI platform initiatives
• Collaborate with product, infra, and platform teams
• Build scalable agent infrastructure to automate workflows
• Design observable self-correcting systems
• Develop harness and platform capabilities encoding business logic
• Partner with Product to ensure trustworthy AI surfaces
• Mentor junior engineers and raise technical bar
• Track frontier, translate model improvements into architecture
