Qualifications

• 8+ years in software development with a track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
• 3+ years as a senior technical leader on multi-team initiatives.
• Experience building and scaling large-scale web/mobile platforms.
• Strong CS fundamentals and ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive Architecture & Design for 0-to-1 projects and scale existing systems.
• Design for long-term scalability while delivering short-term value incrementally.
• Engage in API design, event modeling, data modeling, ETL, and business logic development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and use data to back technical decisions.
• Mentor and inspire the team, promoting engineering excellence and best practices.
• Champion AI-driven development and coach engineers on AI tooling adoption.
