Job summary

Qualtrics is seeking a Staff Software Developer for the Agent Platform in Seattle. You will design and implement scalable AI architectures and oversee the agent platform roadmap, collaborating with researchers, engineers, and product managers to deploy enterprise SaaS AI solutions.

You will work in a hybrid setup in Seattle, partnering across teams to drive governance, observability, and performance while mentoring junior engineers and shaping the technical direction of Qualtrics' AI platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or related role.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++, and popular AI frameworks (e.g. LangChain/LangGraph).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust AI architectures, frameworks, and algorithms for enterprise SaaS AI solutions.
• Evaluate and select AI technologies, tools, and frameworks for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate across teams to guide agentic capabilities and align technical decisions.
• Communicate with applied scientists, product managers, and engineers to align architectures and specs.
• Lead technical roadmap and provide supervision to AI platform teams.
