Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/AI or related field.
• 7+ years experience as ML Engineer or related role.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++, and AI libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
• Cloud platforms experience (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of deploying and optimizing LLMS with DeepSpeed, Accelerate, Transformers-NeuronX is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI architectures for large-scale enterprise SaaS AI solutions.
• Evaluate and select AI technologies, tools, and frameworks to achieve performance and scalability.
• Collaborate across the company to guide the direction of machine learning.
• Communicate and document AI architectures, decisions, and specs for reference.
• Lead ML platform initiatives and supervise ML teams to productionize models.
