Job summary

Fuel Talent LLC is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design and build the foundational architecture for AI agent systems in a hybrid Seattle, WA environment. You will shape frameworks, SDKs, APIs, and the execution infrastructure that enables agents, tools, and services to interact reliably at scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Strong Python engineering skills and production‑grade services experience.
• Experience designing SDKs, APIs, frameworks, or platforms used by other engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design and build frameworks, SDKs, APIs, and execution surfaces for AI agents and services.
• Build infrastructure for sandboxed agent execution at scale.
• Develop evaluation and benchmarking infrastructure to measure system performance.
• Collaborate across engineering, research, and product teams to ensure production‑grade maintainability and reliability.
• Own projects across the full software development lifecycle from architecture to deployment.
