Job summary

Globality is seeking a Sr. AI Software Engineer to advance scalable AI platforms and developer tools. You will design infrastructure to enable teams to build, deploy, and iterate intelligent applications with speed and reliability, focusing on production-grade systems.

You will work on platform architecture, AI tooling, data pipelines, monitoring, and governance, collaborating across product and engineering. The role is based in Palo Alto with in-office days and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience building production-grade AI/ML platforms or developer-centric AI tools.
• Strong Python skills and familiarity with Java/Go and OOP/data structures.
• Familiarity with LLM prompting design and agentic workflows.
• Experience deploying on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure); Docker and Kubernetes knowledge.
• Solid understanding of MLOps: CI/CD, model versioning, monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Platform Architecture & Development: design scalable AI platforms using Python and MLops.
• AI Tooling & LLM Capabilities: build tools and abstractions to interface with large language models, incl. prompting frameworks and LangGraph workflows.
• Data Engineering & ETL: build robust ETL pipelines and feature workflows feeding AI models at scale.
• Reliability & Monitoring: implement model monitoring dashboards and ensure platform reliability.
• Research & Innovation: prototype AI scenarios to unlock new product or operational value.
• Testing, Documentation & Standards: define testing methodologies and maintain comprehensive docs for ethical and secure AI usage.
