Job summary

Globality is seeking a Sr. AI Software Engineer to build scalable AI platforms and developer tools that empower teams to deploy and iterate intelligent applications reliably.

You will design end-to-end AI infrastructure, create prompting abstractions, and integrate MLOps for model versioning, monitoring, and lifecycle management. You will work on data pipelines, ETL, and feature workflows, while collaborating with data teams to scale AI across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience building production-grade AI/ML platforms or developer-centric AI tools.
• Strong software engineering skills in Python (preferred) and familiarity with Java/Go and OOP/data structures.
• Familiarity with LLM prompting design, agentic workflows (e.g. LangGraph).
• Experience building and deploying on cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure); familiar with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of MLOps principles: CI/CD, model versioning, monitoring, metrics.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration across engineering and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Platform Architecture & Development: Design scalable AI platforms using Python; integrate MLOps for versioning, deployment, monitoring.
• AI Tooling & LLM Capabilities: Build tooling to interface with large language models and orchestrate workflows.
• Data Engineering & ETL: Collaborate on ETL pipelines and feature workflows feeding AI models at scale.
• Reliability & Monitoring: Create model monitoring dashboards and investigate production prompt results.
• Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of Generative AI trends and prototype new scenarios.
• Testing, Documentation & Standards: Define testing methodologies and maintain documentation, promoting secure AI usage.
