Job summary
Otsuka seeks a Sr. AI Platform Engineer (Associate Director) to drive enterprise AI outcomes across regulated environments.
You will provide platform engineering leadership, architecture oversight for CI/CD, IaC, observability, and governance, partnering with Data Science and Cloud/Infrastructure teams to deploy secure, scalable AI solutions on Dataiku, Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, and Snowflake Cortex. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
- 10–12+ years hands-on AI/ML Platform Engineering, LLMOps/MLOps, DevOps experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead platform teams to deliver CI/CD blueprints, IaC modules, and governance by design.
- Architect reusable Agentic AI components and multi-agent workflows for planning, reasoning, memory, and tool orchestration.
- Ensure secure, compliant production AI pathways aligned with pharma regulations (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11).
- Collaborate with Data Science, Cloud/Infrastructure, and IT to scale enterprise AI reference architectures.
