Job summary
Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd seeks a Sr. AI Platform Engineer (Associate Director) to drive enterprise AI outcomes. You will lead platform‑level AI components, governance, and reusable patterns across Dataiku, Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, and Snowflake Cortex in a regulated pharmaceutical setting.
You will guide multi‑agent orchestration, model/versioning, observability, and incident playbooks while collaborating with Data Science, Cloud/Infrastructure, and IT to ensure compliant production pathways.
Qualifications
- 10+ years hands-on AI/ML platform engineering experience.
- Experience with Azure AI services and AWS Bedrock in regulated environments.
- Strong Python engineering skills and API development experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead platform teams to deliver reusable AI framework components and guardrails.
- Architect and oversee CI/CD, IaC, and observability for production AI workloads.
- Collaborate with Data Science, Cloud/Infrastructure, and IT to secure compliant production pathways.
