You will mentor engineers and data scientists, set engineering standards, and ensure AI systems are tested, monitored, reliable, compliant, and operationally effective across cloud-native environments.

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• At least 8 years of software engineering experience and demonstrated technical leadership delivering large-scale production software.
• Strong backend development skills with experience in distributed systems and cloud-native applications; lead initiatives from architecture to deployment.
• Production AI experience and cloud-platform expertise are preferred.
