Responsibilities

• Lead AI Agent Strategy: Architect and drive the technical evolution of our customer-facing AI agents.
• Innovate with Super Agents: Spearhead development of multi-agent systems capable of reasoning and executing tasks.
• Workflow Automation: Design frameworks to automate complex business workflows for agents to execute.
• Collaborate: Work with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate needs into scalable solutions.
• Technical Leadership: Set best practices for LLM integration, prompt engineering, and orchestration.
• Mentorship: Guide senior engineers on AI/ML best practices and emerging AI tech.
