Job summary

EY is seeking a senior AI platform leader to shape the foundation for scalable, secure, and observable AI services across cloud and hybrid environments. You will drive architecture, delivery patterns, and platform strategy while partnering with product, security, risk, and finance teams.

In this role, you’ll mentor platform engineers, define non‑functional standards, and guide trade‑offs to balance performance, resilience, and cost. The impact spans multiple product teams and regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• 9-12+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience designing and operating cloud, infrastructure, SRE, or platform capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Set platform direction with AI platform vision and roadmaps.
• Run the platform as a product with defined tiers and adoption metrics.
• Enable portable model access with gateways and stable contracts.
• Architect elastic compute, storage, and network for AI workloads.
• Automate production delivery with progressive release and evidence.
• Define trusted agent runtimes and secure execution patterns.
• Engineer for reliability with service objectives and observability.
• Make economics visible by linking usage, performance, quality signals.
• Guide build-versus-buy and portability decisions with partners.
• Mentor engineers and turn emerging tech into reusable patterns.
