Informa TechTarget is seeking a Principal AI Platform Architect to define and build the next generation of our AI platform and cloud-native ecosystem. Qualifications

• 10+ years designing and delivering enterprise software platforms at scale.
• Strong GCP expertise, Vertex AI preferred.
• AI platform experience building production systems with LLMs and agentic workflows.
• Evaluation loops in production for monitoring and tuning AI systems.
• Event-driven architecture with microservices and APIs.
• Platform security and governance knowledge, including responsible AI.
• Python proficiency plus Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud‑native tools.
• Excellent communication to influence technical direction across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design a scalable AI platform supporting LLMs, agentic workflows, and federated development across teams.
• Establish architectural standards for AI governance, security, evaluation strategies and operational excellence.
• Architect cloud‑native solutions on Google Cloud Platform for enterprise-scale workloads.
• Define platform patterns for microservices, event‑driven architectures, and API‑first design.
• Build CI/CD pipelines that deploy to the cloud while interfacing with legacy systems.
• Provide architecture guidance and governance across engineering through reviews and standards.
• Balance strategic platform vision with hands‑on implementation.
• Enable teams to add new components and functionalities within the platform.
• Define the architectural vision and reusable platform patterns within the enterprise.
