Job summary

enGen leading the design, development, and optimization of a Digital Chat Platform with advanced AI features including Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience, IVA Voice, and Genesys integration with Google Dialogflow. Emphasis on distributed systems, security, observability, and cloud-native solutions such as Cloud Run on GCP.

You will mentor engineers and guide architecture decisions, driving AI agent designs within Jira backlog and collaborating across teams for scalable, high-quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or closely related discipline.
• 5 years in an IT discipline.
• 5 years in a Business discipline.
• Preferred: Health Insurance Industry knowledge.
• Experience with distributed systems design, scalability & reliability patterns.
• Knowledge of authentication/token patterns & CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Take a lead role to provide strategic consultation to business customers in defining or designing complex business processes and enabling technologies.
• Specify and design large or complex systems, networks, infrastructure elements, or processes.
• Use tools to develop complex architectures and translate into detailed design.
• Establish policy for selection of architecture components and perform impact analysis.
• Lead improvement programs and ensure quality and measurable business benefits.
• Lead and mentor engineers to build high-quality applications.
• Communicate effectively with all organizational levels.
• Interact with departments to develop highly complex requirements.
