Job summary
Capgemini in New York is seeking an experienced Forward Deployed Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade conversational AI and customer experience solutions leveraging Google Cloud CCAI, CES, Gemini, Vertex AI, and Dialogflow CX.
You will architect AI-powered agents, build scalable backend services in Python, integrate with CRM/ERP, and run customer workshops to deliver production-ready deployments with measurable business impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or related field.
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Experience implementing Google CCAI, Dialogflow CX, CES, and Vertex AI.
- Experience designing enterprise Conversational AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy conversational AI solutions using Dialogflow CX, Gemini, CCAI, and CES.
- Architect AI-powered virtual agents, voice bots, digital assistants, and self-service experiences.
- Develop scalable backend services in Python and integrate with enterprise systems.
- Lead workshops, architecture reviews, and deployment planning.
- Troubleshoot and optimize NLU, prompts, and production deployments.
