Job summary

Alternate Solutions Health Network is seeking an Enterprise AI Architect to collaborate with stakeholders, leadership and technical teams to design scalable AI/ML powered health apps. You will lead architecture across traditional, generative and agentic AI, with emphasis on clinical and operational intelligence.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of AI/ML production experience, hands-on LangChain, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and strong data governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years architecting AI/ML systems in production environments.
• 10+ years in supervised and unsupervised learning, statistics, and neural networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and implementation of Traditional AI, Gen AI and Agentic AI solutions for clinical and operational intelligence.
• Design agentic AI to orchestrate multi-agent workflows using RAG with multimodal data.
• Build and integrate LLMs into modern web and mobile apps with feedback and reinforcement learning.
• Implement MLOps pipelines for continuous training and monitoring bias/fairness.
