Job summary

CI&T is seeking a senior technical leader to own the AWS enterprise architecture across multi-account platforms, drive the Agentic SDLC, and lead a hands-on engineering effort including CDK stacks and Lambda functions.

You will design agents, implement orchestration, and guide platform direction while coordinating with client IT and security leadership to translate constraints into scalable cloud-native solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with at least 4 years in architecture on production systems.
• Experience building serverless architectures using AWS services and CDK.
• Proficiency in Java and TypeScript; strong REST design and versioning.
• Hands-on AI/ML capabilities, especially Prompt Engineering and agent frameworks.
• Experience shipping systems that coexist with legacy environments.

Responsibilities

• Own AWS enterprise architecture end to end across multi-account setup and security posture.
• Lead the tech team: direction, reviews, and hands-on code work including CDK stacks and Lambda functions.
• Design, extend, and validate agents and orchestration within the Agentic SDLC framework.
• Drive intent-driven execution with fixed-scope delivery and feature flags.
• Modernize legacy VB6-like functionality into cloud services with safe coexistence.
• Shape platform direction and external identity/API contracts for partners.
• Explain design choices to client IT/security leadership and translate constraints into changes.
