Qualifications

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement AI, GenAI, analytics, and operational intelligence solutions.
Hands-on coding, debugging, testing, and deployment across multiple stacks.
Troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues affecting enterprise applications and platforms.
Root cause analysis and permanent corrective actions to improve reliability.
Build and maintain integrations, APIs, data pipelines, dashboards, and operational tools.
Collaborate with development, product, reliability, and automation teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Develop operational intelligence capabilities and predictive insights.
Drive automation and AI adoption through engineering best practices.
