Job summary

Humana is seeking a Senior Technology Leadership Professional to join our AI & Operations Engineering (AIOps) team. This hands-on role integrates software engineering, AI, and production support to deliver AI-powered operational solutions.

You will code, troubleshoot, design architectures, and mentor engineers while driving reliability and automation across enterprise platforms. This is a highly technical leadership position with significant hands-on responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of technical experience.
• 2+ years with Automation and AI technologies.
• Excellent communication across teams.
• Experience with unit testing and mocking.
• 2+ years designing and implementing AI/ML solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support AI-powered operational solutions.
• Hands-on coding, debugging, testing, and deployment across multiple stacks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues; perform root cause analysis.
