Job summary

Equinix is seeking an AI-native Technology Program Manager to lead large-scale tech initiatives across Corporate Functions from its Dallas area office. You will drive end-to-end program delivery, manage complex dependencies, and leverage AI tools to enhance reporting and backlog management.

The role requires deep technical program management experience, strong collaboration with engineers, architects and executives, and a track record of governance and risk mitigation. Hybrid work in Dallas area.

Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering large-scale technology programs across multiple engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, enterprise integrations, and cloud platforms.
• Proven experience managing technical dependencies, system integrations, and delivery risks.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering leaders, architects, product managers, and executive stakeholders.
• Strong governance, dependency management, risk mitigation, and executive reporting.
• Hands-on with Jira, Confluence, and Lucid.
• Daily use of AI productivity tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Rovo.
• Experience using AI tools for reporting automation and backlog management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology program delivery across scope, schedule, risk, budget, vendors, and governance.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies, integrations, and technical risks.
• Partner with architects, engineering leaders, and business stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, RAID logs, dependency trackers and dashboards.
• Build and manage Jira hierarchies including Epics, Stories, Tasks, milestones, and timelines.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, executive communications, steering committees, and governance forums.
• Lead launch readiness activities, go/no-go decisions, and program transitions to operations.
• Monitor program health, milestones, resource needs, risks, and compliance with TPMO standards and SOX.
