Role: Senior Project Manager / Senior Onshore Consultant – AI Transformation

Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Strong program and portfolio management experience

Experience Required: 7–10 years of relevant experience in program, portfolio, or transformation management

Strong exposure to AI-driven initiatives, large-scale enterprise programs, or digital transformation

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a primary liaison with stakeholders across Business, Technology & Operations (T&O), Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Legal
• Coordinate AI intake processes and governance updates across portfolios
• Manage portfolio tracking, dependency management, and issue/risk escalation
• Develop AI process documentation and business-facing guidance materials
• Support ROI tracking methodology, reporting, and business case analysis
• Prepare executive-level updates, decks, and presentations
• Facilitate meetings and drive structured problem-solving sessions
