Job summary

Programmers.io is seeking a senior, full-stack AI Architect in Dallas to own architecture end-to-end for enterprise AI systems, spanning data, model, retrieval/orchestration, serving, and integration. You will build reusable frameworks for AI-driven software development and stay hands-on through delivery, while guiding client technical direction.

You will also define MLOps/LLMOps practices, ensure security and governance, and mentor distributed delivery teams while collaborating with client

Qualifications

• 12+ years in software/data engineering or solution architecture with AI/ML
• 5+ years in AI/ML and 2+ hands-on with production GenAI/LLM systems
• Experience delivering enterprise AI systems
• Strong understanding of traditional ML, DL, NLP, CV, and GenAI/agentic systems
• Experience mentoring and setting technical standards

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture for enterprise AI systems, including data, model, retrieval/orchestration, serving, and integration
• Design and build frameworks for AI-driven SDLC and agentic delivery
• Define MLOps/LLMOps practices: CI/CD, registries, drift monitoring, evaluation
• Embed responsible-AI, security, data governance and model risk
• Partner with sales and executives to shape solutions and proposals
