Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. seeks a Technical Project Manager (AI/ML) for a full-time hybrid role in Irving, TX. You will lead AI/ML programs intersecting hardware and software, owning delivery and coordinating with Autonomy leadership.

Responsibilities include shaping design and testing of AI/ML pipelines, guiding teams through training, deployment, and metrics-driven evaluation, and mentoring fellow TPMs in ML-focused programs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years applying AI to practical uses.
• 5-7 years in Technical Program Management on deep-tech AI/ML projects.
• 5+ years hands-on with ML-based products including evaluation with metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs of complex technology projects, intersecting hardware, software and regulatory constraints, with emphasis on AI/ML development, training, evaluation, and deployment pipelines.
• Exercise ownership over programs, briefing leadership on execution and unblocking the team, especially ML model performance, data requirements, and training infra.
• Drive pragmatic decisions and tradeoffs to maximize hit timelines, considering ML-specific data and compute needs.
• Work with engineering and leadership on functional design, prototyping, testing, and training of AI/ML solutions.
• Advise leaders on technology, strategy, and policy issues related to AI/ML.
• Manage ambiguity by presenting options with a clear point of view on ML readiness and performance trade-offs.
• Mentor other TPMs and share expertise in ML-centric technical programs.
