Unity Technologies SF is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to advance AI-native development for backend platforms and cloud infrastructure. The role focuses on agentic tooling, automated testing, and self-explanatory observability to scale decisions and reduce manual interventions.

You will work with Azure/Google Cloud, drive architecture for AI-enabled workflows, and partner with product and design to shape the roadmap. This is a high-impact, on-site role in Mountain View, CA.

Qualificações

• Hands-on use of AI and agent tooling in your engineering work.
• Track record of independently defining direction for open problems.
• Experience building and shipping complex, user-facing software at scale.
• Depth in observability: monitoring, logging, alerting, debugging with Grafana or similar.
• Automation that replaces manual judgment in production or reduces human effort.

Responsabilidades

• Raise AI-native development to new levels, including agentic code review and generated tests.
• Rebuild observability to be self-explanatory and automated.
• Make diagnosis agentic by correlating signals and proposing root causes.
