Job summary

Digible, a leading digital marketing firm for multifamily residences, seeks a Staff Software Engineer in the United States to advance AI-native development and own meaningful product work. You will ship features across full stack, influence technical direction, and mentor teams, while balancing speed with engineering rigor.

You will embed in product pods, collaborate with Product and Design, and help evolve production systems to scale with Digible’s growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Fluency in Node, TypeScript, React and SQL with strong architectural judgment.
• Experience owning services end-to-end, including deployment and on‑call.
• Proficient in cloud environments like AWS or GCP.
• Experience using AI tools to improve development workflows.
• Strong collaboration with Product and Design as peers.
• Mentor peers through pairing and practical guidance.
• High standards for testing, reliability, and code quality.

Responsibilities

• Embed in key initiatives or pods and ship features with impact.
• Own outcomes from problem definition through production.
• Design, build, and ship end-to-end features across full stack.
• Use AI to write specs, generate code, and improve workflows.
• Pair with engineers to transfer best practices across teams.
• Make thoughtful technical decisions with incomplete information.
• Contribute to service boundaries, data flows, and observability.
• Own production systems including monitoring and on‑call duties.
