Digible, Inc is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join our Engineering team as a senior individual contributor who ships meaningful product work while helping evolve how our teams build software. Our Engineering team is moving toward an AI‑native development model, where humans design, spec, and evaluate solutions while AI accelerates implementation.

In this role you’ll operate as a full‑stack engineer across a modern, interconnected codebase while influencing technical direction, team

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience building and shipping products.
• Deep fluency in a modern typed web stack (Node, TS, React, SQL).
• Strong systems thinking, architectural judgment, and debugging across service boundaries.
• Experience owning services end‑to‑end, including monitoring and on‑call support.
• Cloud experience with AWS or GCP and ability to modernize large codebases safely.
• Proven track record mentoring and influencing without authority.

Responsibilities

• Embed in key initiatives or pods and ship meaningful features using advanced engineering practices.
• Own outcomes end‑to‑end, delivering real customer impact beyond tickets.
• Design, build, and ship features from problem definition through production.
• Use AI as a core part of workflow, including specs, code generation, and evaluation.
• Maintain high standards for code quality, testing, and deployment confidence.
• Pair with engineers to transfer practices and improve teams.
• Drive ambiguous or high‑impact problems with informed decisions.
• Oversee production systems, including observability and on‑call responsibilities.
• Shape technical foundations, including services, data flows, and APIs.
