Qualifications

• Senior-level engineering background with experience owning complex production systems (architecture, reliability, deployment, and integrations).
• Proficiency with AI agents (Claude Code, Codex, or similar) as a primary development tool.
• Strong ownership and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to critically review and catch errors in AI-generated code.
• Focus on hands-on product work as an individual contributor.

Responsibilities

• Own product features end-to-end, from a one-line problem statement to production.
• Reach out to external partners and providers for sandbox access and documentation.
• Write product and technical specifications using AI agents.
• Delegate development to AI agents and critically review and accept their output.
• Test features and ensure reliability of code handling financial transactions.
• Help evolve the company's AI-first development process.
