Seniorverse seeks a Senior AI Product Engineer to own product areas from customer problem to shipped work. You will decide what to build, articulate requirements to AI, and judge results for real center staff who use it daily.

You will lead a new graduate AI product engineering group based in Austin while collaborating with the CEO, CTO, and Chief Product Officer. Remote work is supported for U.S. based candidates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in engineering, product, or both, with a transition between them.
• Ownership of a product area with a deliverable you can explain.
• Ability to open a PR written by AI and explain its contents and rationale.
• Ability to recognize when AI directions are wrong even if UI looks fine.
• Know where to look in production when things break.
• Comfort discussing trade-offs with engineers and founders.

Responsabilités

• Own product areas end to end from customer problem to shipped work.
• Lead the new graduates AI product engineers and review their work.
• Work with AI agents to ticket, review outputs, and ensure production readiness.
