The role emphasizes strong TypeScript proficiency, scalable AWS infrastructure with Terraform, and mentoring junior engineers in a fast-growing FinTech/AI environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficient in TypeScript with hands-on examples of complex systems.
• Experience scaling high-throughput distributed systems on AWS with Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Architect and launch AI-first, multi-step automation workflows.
• Integrate with third-party APIs to generate documents and underwriting results.
• Build and scale AWS-based job processing infrastructure and observability.
• Design scalable relational database schemas for enterprise-scale data.
• Develop full-stack features with end-to-end type safety.
• Mentor junior engineers in technical and soft skills.
