Accenture PLC seeks an AI Native Engineer with 5+ years of experience building cloud-native solutions and deploying agentic workflows for large enterprises. You will embed with clients, design use cases, prototype rapidly, and deploy robust, secure agentic systems across complex environments.

You will work with AI platforms (OpenAI, AnthropIc, Vertex AI) and cloud-native stacks (Kubernetes, Docker), delivering scalable solutions with strong governance and measurable outcomes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).
• Minimum 5 years deploying cloud-native systems (APIs, microservices, containerization, serverless).
• Minimum 1 year designing and deploying agentic solutions (agents, orchestration, context engineering, RAG, workflows).
• Minimum 2 years experience with AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI) including multi-provider abstractions.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Python, Java, or equivalent; experience with evaluation tooling, logging, monitoring, and agent observability.
• Minimum 5 years deploying to production — CI/CD, IaC (Terraform, Helm), monitoring, debugging.
• Minimum 5 years experience with client communication and workshops leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, routing, tool invocation, evaluation harnesses, and observability.
• Develop abstraction layers across AI providers to enable seamless integration.
• Leverage Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, and serverless to deliver scalable AI-native systems.
• Tailor agentic applications across verticals like finance, healthcare, and retail.
• Lead design workshops, POCs, and code-with sessions with stakeholders.
• Define metrics, tests, and evaluation plans to measure accuracy, latency, safety, and cost.
• Create reusable patterns, docs, and best practices for internal and client roadmaps.
