Accenture PLC is seeking an AI Native Engineer with 5+ years of experience to design, build, and run agentic workflows that scale across complex enterprise environments. You will embed with clients, prototype rapidly, and deploy robust AI agents that integrate with various platforms and tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years building cloud-native solutions and deep experience with enterprise-scale agentic systems.
• Minimum 1 year designing and deploying agentic solutions (agents, orchestration, context engineering) in production.
• Minimum 2 years with AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI) and multi-provider pipelines.
• Minimum 5 years programming in Python, Java, or equivalent; familiarity with evaluation tooling and observability.
• Minimum 5 years deploying to production with CI/CD, IaC (Terraform, Helm), monitoring, and debugging.
• Minimum 5 years in client communication, workshops, and delivering under ambiguity.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; if Associate, 6 years work experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents including retrieval, orchestration, policy routing, tool invocation, and observability.
• Develop abstraction layers across AI providers to enable seamless integration.
• Leverage Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, and serverless architectures to deliver scalable AI-native systems.
• Tailor agentic workflows across verticals like finance, healthcare, and retail.
• Lead design workshops, POCs, and code-with sessions with clients and stakeholders.
• Define metrics, test harnesses, and evaluation plans for agent accuracy, latency, safety, and cost.
• Craft reusable patterns and documentation to influence assets and client roadmaps.
