Qualifications

• Significant production software engineering experience.
• Hands-on production experience deploying agentic AI solutions.
• Production experience with agentic orchestration frameworks.
• Experience calling LLM APIs in production with provider abstraction.
• Knowledge of RAG pipelines, embeddings, and context engineering.
• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and observability.

Responsibilities

• Architect and govern production-grade agentic systems at enterprise scale.
• Define RAG pipeline standards across engagements.
• Set multi-LLM integration standards across providers.
• Own LLMOps including eval, prompts, observability.
• Lead client engineering engagements at senior level.
• Publish reusable patterns and accelerators.
• Define measurement framework for agentic system quality.
