Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI Native Engineer with deep expertise in designing and deploying agentic systems for enterprise environments. You will embed with clients, prototype and deploy agentic workflows, and scale AI-native engineering across complex domains.

The role requires 5+ years in cloud-native engineering, production experience with AI platforms, and strong client-engagement skills. Travel up to 0-100% may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years engineering with cloud-native systems (APIs, microservices, containerization, serverless).
• ≥1 year designing and deploying agentic solutions in production.
• ≥2 years with AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI) incl. multi-provider abstraction layers.
• 5+ years programming in Python, Java, or equivalent; knowledge of logging and observability.
• 5+ years production deployment experience (CI/CD, IaC, monitoring).
• ≥5 years client-facing experience and leading workshops under ambiguity.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (min 12 years).

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents with orchestration and lifecycle observability.
• Develop abstraction layers across AI providers for seamless integration.
• Leverage Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, serverless to build scalable AI-native systems.
• Tailor agentic workflows for finance, healthcare, retail in enterprise settings.
• Conduct design workshops, POCs, and code-with sessions with stakeholders.
• Define metrics, tests, and evaluation plans for agent accuracy, latency and cost.
