Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior full stack AI engineer to deliver end-to-end agentic AI solutions for enterprise client engagements. The role spans AI services, full-stack development, and human‑AI interaction across diverse teams including client and capability groups.

The candidate will design, develop, and demonstrate cloud-based agentic AI offerings, participate in discovery, validation, and customer-facing demos, and contribute to proposals and contracts. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a full stack AI or ML engineer or scientist in production
• Minimum of 8 years of CS fundamentals and system design
• Minimum of 4 years building AI/ML software for cloud environments
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (12+ years) work experience

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and operate end-to-end agentic AI systems across frontend, backend, data, and intelligent components
• Integrate AI/ML/NLP capabilities into workflows to address client problems
• Implement agentic AI behaviors using human-centered design and hybrid approaches
• Support Mid-Market sales by shaping advanced technical solutions
• Lead technical demos, workshops, and proofs of concept to show value
• Develop scalable APIs and services for performance and reliability
• Collaborate with product, business, and sales teams for cohesive outcomes
