Accenture PLC is seeking an AI Native Engineer to design and deploy agentic workflows in enterprise environments. You will partner with client stakeholders, lead technical discussions, and build scalable AI-enabled platforms using cloud-native patterns.

The role requires hands-on experience with AI platforms, cloud-native engineering, and strong Python/Java skills. Hybrid work options exist across multiple US locations, with travel as needed.

Competenze

• Engineering experience with cloud-native systems (APIs, microservices, containerization, serverless).
• Strong Python, Java, or equivalent for building 12-factor apps and IaC (Terraform, Helm).
• At least 6 months hands-on designing and deploying agentic solutions in production/near-production.
• Experience with modern AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI) and multi-provider pipelines.
• Minimum 1 year in client-facing communication and collaboration, leading discussions.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent (or 6+ years of work experience).

Mansioni

• Design and build enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, policy-based routing, tool invocation, and observability.
• Develop and extend AI provider abstractions to enable multi-provider integration and reuse shared libraries.
• Leverage cloud-native tech (containers, microservices, serverless, CI/CD) to deliver scalable AI-native systems.
• Tailor and deploy agentic apps across domains (finance, healthcare, etc.) with client SMEs.
• Lead design workshops, POCs, and delivery sessions to drive adoption and trust.
• Define metrics and evaluation plans to measure accuracy, latency, safety, and cost.
• Craft reusable patterns and docs influencing internal assets and roadmaps.
