Job summary

Accenture PLC in the United States (Columbus, OH area and other eligible cities) seeks an experienced AI Native Engineer to design, build, and deploy agentic workflows that scale across enterprise environments. You will work directly with clients as a technologist and trusted advisor, defining use cases, prototyping rapidly, and ensuring robust, secure deployments across complex domains.

You will partner with stakeholders to shape data-driven processes, leverage modern cloud-native patterns

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of engineering experience with cloud-native systems (APIs, microservices, containerization, serverless).
• Hands-on experience with AI-native agentic engineering is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, policy-based routing, tool invocation, evaluation harnesses, and observability.
• Develop and extend abstraction layers across AI providers (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI, etc.) for seamless integration.
• Own deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting of AI-native services in production.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to define use cases, prototype workflows, and deploy robust agentic solutions.
• Partner with client SMEs to translate business workflows into scalable agentic applications.
