Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant scientific or technical discipline with 4+ years in drug discovery.
• Strong leadership and ability to communicate complex data to diverse teams.
• Expertise in AI, ML, agentic AI, structural modeling, or computational biology for antibody design.
• Experience representing a computational function on cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Partner with ISD teams to connect biologics discovery with AI-enabled capabilities.
• Apply AI-enabled design, analysis, and decision support in discovery programs.
• Represent ISD on cross-functional project teams and inform strategy.
• Advance AI-native workflows integrating hypothesis generation and testing.
• Contribute to publications and external collaborations.
