Life360 is hiring an AI-Native Senior Software Engineer II with a focus on Android growth and monetization experiments. You’ll own end-to-end delivery across multiple concurrent experiment surfaces, iterating rapidly and leveraging AI tooling to shape specs, code, tests, and reviews.

The role is Android-first but open to cross-platform contributions (iOS, web, backend) as experiments require. Competitive compensation includes equity and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Android features for growth and monetization.
• Collaborate with product, design, data science and analytics.
• Familiarity with AI tooling and experimenting in production.
• Strong testing, instrumentation, and performance-minded mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design and build Android growth and monetization features and experiments.
• Partner with product, design, data science, and analytics to translate hypotheses into experiments.
• Work with AI tools as a first-class collaborator to generate specs, code and tests.
• Instrument experiments with proper exposure logging and analytics.
• Ship polished Android experiences with focus on startup time, memory, and stability.
• Own staged rollouts end-to-end and monitor guardrails.
• Help define AI-native Android engineering practices for the team.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, code reviews, and engineering culture.
• Participate in on-call rotation and incident response for mobile experiments.
