Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cognitive Science, HCI, Linguistics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years in conversation design or conversational AI, with adaptive/personalized systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Guide prompt engineering and prototyping to deliver personalized, context-aware outputs.
• Qualitatively assess model performance and plan continuous quality improvements.
• Collaborate with AI product designers on multimodal experiences to ensure cohesive UX.
• Develop system instructions for intuitive UX patterns and memory controls.
• Stay current with design trends in AI, NLP, and consumer tech.
