Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Cognitive Science, HCI, Linguistics, or related field.
6+ years of experience in conversation design or content design for conversational AI/LLMs or adaptive systems.

Responsibilities

Apply deep understanding of model capabilities to guide prompt engineering and prototyping strategies.
Initiate and run qualitative assessments of model performance and develop continuous evaluation strategies.
Partner with AI product designers to craft multimodal solutions where model outputs and UI components work together.
Develop system instructions and UX patterns for user controls around context, preferences, and memory.
Stay current on design trends in consumer tech, generative AI, and NLP to inform innovation.
