Job summary

Osmo is building a platform to give computers a sense of smell by embedding ML and AI into software systems. The role is a software-specific TPM, working closely with ML engineers, applied ML scientists, and software engineers to drive technical execution and cross-functional delivery.

You will partner with leadership to translate ambitions into actionable milestones, manage dependencies, and ensure timely deployment of ML models and software systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years combined depth in software/ML engineering and program management or TPM experience.
• Fluent in the ML lifecycle: data, training, evaluation, deployment.
• Reads code and follows model architecture discussions in real time.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with software and ML leadership on execution strategy, resource planning, and timeline delivery.
• Translate product and scientific ambitions into engineering milestones and the operational roadmap from architecture to deployment.
• Build AI-powered tools and workflows for progress tracking and dependency mapping.
• Own execution and dependencies across cross-functional teams, surfacing blockers and driving resolutions.
• Surface risk early and help define what good technical program management looks like at Osmo.
