Job summary

Osmo is hiring a Software TPM to embed with our Software and AI teams. You’ll connect ML engineers, scientists, and software engineers to drive how and when we build, manage dependencies, and remove blockers so the team moves quickly and effectively.

You’ll need to be technically credible, participate in design reviews, and understand model architecture decisions and their downstream impacts. This role rewards curiosity and tenacity in a high-impact applied AI environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software/ML engineering plus program management or TPM experience.
• Fluent in ML lifecycle: data, training, evaluation, deployment.
• Reads code and follows model-architecture discussions in real time.
• Proven technical execution driver for multi-team projects.
• AI-native operator with modern AI tooling experience.
• Curious by default and able to push back when needed.
• Excellent communicator bridging technical and business stakeholders.
• Hybrid work in Elizabeth, NJ (3 days on-site).

Responsibilities

• Be the Execution Thought Partner with software and ML leadership on strategy and timelines.
• Translate ambitions into engineering milestones and deployment roadmaps.
• Develop AI-powered tools for progress tracking and dependency mapping.
• Own execution and dependencies, surfacing blockers and tradeoffs.
• Structure release readiness with deployment schedules for ML models and software.
• Stay close to design reviews and code to understand system behavior.
• Develop deep technical intuition on bottlenecks and integration challenges.
• Translate status and risk between technical teams and stakeholders.
• Surface risk early with proposed solutions and maintain project momentum.
• Help define high standards for Osmo's technical program management.
