Elios, Inc. is seeking a Senior AI/ML Architect to lead the agentic AI workstream on enterprise engagements, shaping use cases and delivering end-to-end AI/ML solutions using Bedrock AgentCore. The role combines engineering depth with customer-facing leadership on high-volume business processes.

The candidate will design RAG architectures, implement agents with LangChain/LangGraph, and drive AI/MLOps strategy across production pipelines in a remote, permanent capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the agentic AI workstream on enterprise engagements, shaping use cases with customers, designing solutions, and driving implementation with Bedrock AgentCore.
• Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions to automate high-volume business processes.
• Lead technical workshops to identify, prioritize, and scope agentic AI use cases.
• Define and own AI/ML solution roadmaps for end-to-end process automation.
• Design agentic patterns, including ReAct, tool use, and multi-agent orchestration.

Senior AI/ML Architect (Agentic AI)

Location: Fully Remote | Type: Full-time, Permanent | Experience: 10+ years in technology delivery with 5+ years leading AI/ML programs | Pay: $220,000 base salary

About the Role

You'll lead the agentic AI workstream on enterprise engagements, shaping use cases with customers, designing solutions, and driving implementation with AWS Bedrock AgentCore and related services. This is a senior, customer-facing architecture role for someone who's still very much an engineer.

The role sits on the commercial team and owns end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions built to automate complex, high-volume business processes, including environments handling millions of transactions per month. You'll be expected to operate as a trusted technical advisor while taking solutions from roadmap through production.

Lead technical workshops to identify, prioritize, and scope agentic AI use cases

Define and own AI/ML solution roadmaps for end-to-end process automation

Design agentic patterns, including ReAct, tool use, and multi-agent orchestration

Implement agents using LangChain, LangGraph, Strands Agents, or equivalent on Bedrock AgentCore Runtime

Qualifications

10+ years in technology delivery, with 5+ years leading AI/ML programs at enterprise scale

Proven experience as an AI/ML subject matter expert, preferably in professional services or consulting

Strong program leadership and customer-facing communication skills

Experience designing and implementing agentic AI patterns

Hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock, including AgentCore Runtime and Observability, as well as Bedrock Knowledge Bases

Experience designing RAG systems with vector stores, embeddings, and retrieval

Worked with an agent framework such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Strands Agents

Working knowledge of AI/MLOps

Comfort with ambiguity and agile delivery

Deep hands-on AI/ML engineering experience, including production model development, training, validation, and deployment

Nice to Have

Healthcare domain experience, especially claims processing, intake, eligibility, adjudication, payment, denial management, or payer systems

AWS Certified Generative AI Developer - Professional or other AWS certifications
