General Dynamics Information Technology's Intelligence and Homeland Security CTO organization seeks a Director, Lead Solution Architect AI/ML to drive technical solutions for data-rich ecosystems and critical missions.

This role combines AI/ML engineering, data science, and proposal leadership—an opportunity to shape winning responses, develop architectures, author technical volumes, and mentor junior staff in a fast-paced government setting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in data science and AI/ML engineering.
• 15+ years in federal proposal solutioning with successful captures in the Intelligence Community and/or DHS.
• BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline; or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical solution strategy across the Capture and Proposal lifecycle.
• Develop architectural models, diagrams, and operation concepts.
• Author and lead proposal materials including technical volumes and response sections.
• Review solutions and provide feedback to strengthen proposals.
• Coach and mentor junior solution architecture and proposal resources.
